Everything starts at step one. If we can't make the case for step two, we'll say so — and you'll still have something you can act on.

One to two weeks, fixed fee. We pressure-test the idea, define the smallest version worth shipping, choose the architecture, and decide what to build, buy, or skip. You leave with a decision document your board, CTO, or next developer can act on — whether or not you continue with us.

We rebuilt delivery around AI-assisted development: spec-driven agent workflows, automated test layers underneath everything, and architecture designed so machines can extend it without breaking it.

The point isn't speed for its own sake. Volume work no longer needs bodies, so the people on your project are the people making decisions — and you're not paying for a team to justify a team.
